At the completion of this course, you will not only be well versed in yogic knowledge and wisdom, but also certified to offer Classes, Workshops and 100-hour yoga teacher training to your future clients.

This meditation teacher training course will take place at our HQ in Kottakuppam, near Auroville and Pondicherry, in Tamil Nadu, southern India, a perfect location in close proximity to both the Matrimandir and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, which The Mother had once called a veritable laboratory to work out the future society.

While it is inspired by and based on the Teachings of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo, Meditation Alliance International is an Independent organization based in this region, and is not a part of the Auroville Foundation or Sri Aurobindo Ashram.


Learn to bring peace and calm to yourself and others. During this teacher training course, you will receive 200 Hour Level Training in the following techniques are applied in order to accomplish personal transformation for yourself and your future students. You will be equipped with both yoga and Meditation Teacher Training knowledge and certification. This teacher training will give you a fantastic set of tools to become an exceptional Meditation Teacher. Meditation has always been an integral part of Yoga, so our Training will also equip you with additional Yogic tools of Asana and Pranayama as well to help in purification and raise your energy.


TIME Meditation

TIME meditation is Transformational Integral Meditation Education. It combines body meditation, prana meditation, mind meditation, psychic meditation, and more to transform oneself and connect one with the higher self of para nature, under the guidance and blessings of the divine, leading to a permanent shift in consciousness that is moving and transcending continuously towards the larger truths of life.

It creates harmony, peace, and manifests positively, not only activating one’s own inner guidance but helping and supporting the endeavor to evolve constantly towards a positive manifestation of higher forces in practical living.


Meditation

Meditation, yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques are included in the Meditation Teacher Training course in order to give you an experience of your pure nature, in which your ego dissolves and you'll find inner silence. You will be introduced to dynamic Osho meditations, Raja, Zen, and Karma yoga meditation, as well as silent walking meditation. In addition to this, you will learn a variety of tools to help unlock your inner wisdom and access your true potential.


Mantra

The science of vibration will be explored during the teacher training. Mantra chanting generates vibrations which are fundamental tools for altering the psyche and producing a tranquil and balanced mind. In yogic practices, the growth of awareness progresses with the help of these vibrations. By cleansing the mind with mantras, decision making becomes clearer and observation power is awakened.

Purification leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind. Mantras will be translated and clearly explained.


Asana

Asana training and practice is your opportunity to examine the asanas in depth and learn safe hands-on adjustments, modifications, and precise alignment. These asanas can be modified and are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and offer a holistic approach to health while focusing on chakra activation, back strengthening, ab strengthening, and a standing series.

Two asana classes a day are taught; one for your personal practice and development and one teaching you how to teach others. You also have the opportunity to get supervised teaching practice. You will come away with a thorough knowledge of the asana sequences and the physical aspects of yoga, such as anatomy and physiology.


Pranayama

Discover the healing potential of your breath. Breathing techniques are an essential component of Hatha yoga. Benefits include improved concentration, more energy, deeper sleep, and reduced stress levels. Not only does it feed the brain, it also revitalizes the body since breath is the bridge between the body and the mind.

If you have already completed any certified 200-hour yoga or meditation teacher training course, then you may continue your training and expand your knowledge by joining the 500 Hour Meditation teacher training.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flights to arrive at Chennai International Airport (MAA). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • You can indefinitely defer your course, subject to availablility.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
